Lead Beneficiary – Youth Public Organization “New European Generation” (Izmail, Ukraine)

Youth Public Organization “New European Generation” was founded in January 27^th, 2005. Its goal is to facilitate multilateral development of young people. Moreover, YPO directs its activity on coordination of interaction with local authorities and NGOs; support youth integration in European and international youth movement; implementation programs and specialized projects, including cross-border cooperation.

Beneficiary 1 – Izmail State University of Humanities (Izmail, Ukraine)

Izmail State University of Humanities is a non-profit public higher education institution that offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees like bachelor and master degrees in different areas of study within economic and social science.

Beneficiary 2 – Tulcea County Agency for Employment (Tulcea, Romania)

The Tulcea County Employment Agency is a deconcentrated public service subordinated to the National Agency for Employment. This institution organizes, coordinates and realizes at the county level employment activity, training and social protection of people who do not have a job. It also ensures the implementation of measures to prevent unemployment, as well as measures to stimulate the workforce.

Beneficiary 3 – Patronage of Small and Medium Enterprises of Tulcea County (Tulcea, Romania)

The organization represents the SME employers’ movement at the level of Tulcea Locality/County and represents, supports and defends its members’ interests in relations with public authorities, trade unions and other legal entities, etc. It also carries on actions / projects / programs for developing and strengthening the employers’ organizations for SMEs.
